The following defined terms are used throughout this Agreement. Understanding these definitions is important for interpreting the rights and obligations that apply to your 580jl account and gameplay.

To register and maintain an active 580jl account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

To use real-money services at 580jl, you must complete the account registration process, which involves providing accurate personal information and completing identity verification (KYC). The following provisions govern account registration:

3.1 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. 580jl reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal from your 580jl account, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted documents include: Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, and Driver's License. 580jl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorized it. You must notify 580jl's support team immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 One Account Rule. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If 580jl identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual by any identifying factor — including name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or mobile number — it reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice and to retain any balances pending investigation.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 580jl's support team via live chat during operating hours (8:00 AM – 2:00 AM PHT, daily). Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to closure. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be voided upon closure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 580jl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) except USDT TRC20, which is converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 for GCash and Maya, and ₱100 for all other methods. There is no stated maximum deposit for standard accounts. Higher-volume deposits may be subject to additional compliance review.

4.3 Deposits are Non-Refundable. Once a deposit has been credited to your 580jl wallet and used in wagering, it is non-refundable except in cases of verified platform error. Deposits credited due to a technical error will be reversed and are not eligible for withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for most channels. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Processing Times. Standard withdrawals are processed within 2–4 hours for verified accounts. 580jl does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment providers, bank processing times, or circumstances outside 580jl's direct control. VIP-tier members may be subject to expedited processing as described in the applicable VIP program terms.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 580jl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended. 580jl may suspend or delay withdrawal processing where transaction patterns give rise to suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers at 580jl are subject to specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time the offer is made. In cases of conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms will prevail for that offer only.

5.2 Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new 580jl players on their first deposit only. Players must be fully registered and verified to receive promotional credits. Bonus amounts are credited to the Player's bonus wallet and are subject to a wagering requirement of 18× the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable balance.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. Wagering requirements specify the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds, and any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. 580jl prohibits any strategy, system, or behavior designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. This includes, without limitation: placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; and coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value. 580jl reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel winnings, and/or suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the promotional validity period will expire and be automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation. Validity periods are stated in individual promotion terms.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 580jl platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have reviewed the relevant game rules and understand the gameplay mechanics, bet limits, and payout structure.

6.2 RNG Certification. All games at 580jl whose outcomes depend on random number generation use independently certified RNG technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate as of the date of certification and are subject to periodic review by the relevant game providers.

6.3 Malfunction. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the integrity or outcome of a game, 580jl reserves the right to void all bets affected by the malfunction. No payment will be made in respect of a bet or game round that was affected by a technical fault. 580jl will endeavor to resolve malfunctions promptly and to communicate with affected players transparently.

6.4 Disputed Outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the data recorded in 580jl's server logs shall be the definitive record. 580jl's resolution of any game dispute is final once the internal review process has been completed.

6.5 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed within each game interface. 580jl reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. VIP program membership may be associated with different bet limit structures as described in applicable VIP terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 580jl platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to 580jl:

8.1 Commitment. 580jl is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be a source of financial distress or personal harm. 580jl actively promotes responsible gaming practices and provides tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. All 580jl account holders may access the following tools directly from account settings, without the need to contact support:

9.1 Ownership. All content on the 580jl platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, trademarks, and any proprietary data — is the property of 580jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

9.2 Limited Licence. 580jl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the 580jl platform.

9.3 Restrictions. You must not use any 580jl trademark, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation with 580jl without express written authorisation. Unauthorized use of 580jl intellectual property may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

10.1 No Warranty. The 580jl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 580jl endeavors to maintain platform availability and accuracy of information, it makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, the accuracy of any odds or game information, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 580jl's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Excluded Losses. 580jl shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, however caused and regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or 580jl had been advised of their possibility.

10.4 Force Majeure. 580jl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, natural disasters, network failures, power outages, or other events qualifying as force majeure under Philippine law.

11.1 Data Collection. By registering a 580jl account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the 580jl Privacy Policy, available at https://580jl.vip/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and forms part of the binding contract between you and 580jl.

11.2 Data Security. 580jl employs industry-standard security measures to protect Player data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions and secure password storage using cryptographic hashing. Notwithstanding these measures, no online data transmission is entirely without risk, and 580jl cannot guarantee absolute security.

11.3 Regulatory Disclosure. 580jl may be required by applicable Philippine law, regulatory authority, or court order to disclose Player data to government agencies, law enforcement, or regulatory bodies. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable legal requirements and will not constitute a breach of 580jl's privacy obligations to Players.

12.1 Right to Amend. 580jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. The most current version of this Agreement will always be published at https://580jl.vip/terms-conditions, with the "Last Revised" date updated to reflect the date of the most recent change.

12.2 Notice of Material Changes. Where a change to these Terms materially affects Player rights or obligations, 580jl will endeavor to provide advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and/or sending an email to registered account holders at the address on file. Advance notice may not be possible in all circumstances, including where changes are required by regulatory or legal developments.

12.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 580jl platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure from 580jl's support team.

13.1 Termination by 580jl. 580jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: material breach of this Agreement; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; or any other circumstance in which continued operation of the account would, in 580jl's reasonable judgment, pose a risk to the platform, other players, or 580jl's compliance obligations.

13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, all pending wagers will be voided and stakes returned, unless the termination relates to fraud or prohibited conduct, in which case 580jl may retain balances pending investigation and the outcome of any legal or regulatory proceeding. Bonus funds are forfeited on termination. Verified real-money balances in non-fraud cases will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file after any required deductions.

13.3 Termination by Player. Players may close their accounts at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities accrued prior to the closure date. Players who have activated self-exclusion and wish to reopen their accounts before the elected exclusion period expires will not be accommodated.

14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and all matters relating to your use of the 580jl platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Internal Complaints Process. If you have a complaint relating to your 580jl account or any transaction, you should first contact the 580jl support team via live chat during operating hours (8:00 AM – 2:00 AM PHT, daily) or by email to [email protected]. 580jl will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 10 business days. Complex complaints may require a longer investigation period, during which 580jl will provide regular status updates.

14.3 Dispute Resolution. If a complaint cannot be resolved through 580jl's internal process, the dispute shall be referred to mediation in the first instance. If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from this Agreement.

14.4 Language. This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
